How to get your console repaired?
We pride in our selves in making the process of repairing your console as easy as possible. To book in your console all you need to do fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page and we will contact you as soon as possible.
We will then contact you based on the information you filled out in the form to learn more about your fault. Once we are more familiar with your problem with your console, we will provide you a quote.
If you accept the quote we will provide you details of how to courier your console to our workshop, where we will work as fast as we can to repair your console. Once your console is repaired, we will contact you to confirm your address and courier your console to your address.

How Long Do Repairs Take?
Repairs vary based on how many repairs we are currently working on and the time it takes to import the parts to repair your console. On average it takes between 5 to 7 business days to fully repair your console and get it shipped back to you. If there are any issues that would make your repair longer, we will immediaitly inform you and keep you updated.
How Will I Receive My Console Back?
Once your console is repaired, we will contact via your preferred contact method and inform you that your console is ready for collection.
How Do I Book In My Console?
You can book in your console by filling out the form at the bottom of the website or by contacting us via phone or email. We will then diagnose your console via your problems you are experiencing and give a quote. If you are happy with the quote we will then proceed to repair your console.
We do not repair controllers and older consoles such as PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 or Nintendo!
